Weigh ins

I don't want the scales to rule my life.....

But I do want some confirmation that I'm heading in the right direction.

So, I'm going to weigh myself at the end of each month but try and keep it to once a month. This means that despite hormonal changes, I should be able to see if I'm heading in the right direction.

What do the scales say?

So despite saying I was only going to weigh myself once a month, it's clear to see that I'm still not 100% confident I'm doing the right thing, hence why I'm turning to the scales for reassurance. 

This isn't great, and I need to work on how I'm feeling, what I'm putting in my body and not obsessing over the scales. I could have just not posted the photos, but I made a promise that I was gong to be honest about this journey and I'm not changing that. So - I'll try better next month. I still believe you shouldn't weigh yourself all the time, it's not a fun thing to do and if you see the wrong number on the scales, it could ruin your mood and be very demotivating.

Let's bring on June and see what happens :-)

I still didn't do very well with the whole 'not weighing myself thing, however am very pleased with the results! I've now lost over a stone and I'm really happy with that as it's been completely down to changing my eating habits and not due to exercise. I'd like to incorporate exercise into my life, but I need to do that slowly as currently am focusing on dealing with my work situation. I'm going to try and not weigh myself until mid July and will report back then... :-)
