Motivation

When I am feeling down, I want to remind myself why I'm changing my lifestyle

I want to be healthier




















I want to wear more tight fitting clothes that I can only dream of at the moment













I want to feel sexy when I'm with my boyfriend and not hide myself under the duvet or only be intimate with the lights out as I worry that I repulse him (even though he's never said anything but lovely things to me).


I want to enjoy going out the house and not feel so self conscious



I want to be able to eat 'unhealthy' food occasionally and NOT feel guilty
